Obtain tax-professional validation before launch.

F. Product compliance

Create category matrix for Legal Metrology, FSSAI, BIS/QCO, BEE, WPC/ETA, EPR, batteries, e-waste, cosmetics, medical devices, toys, jewellery/hallmarking, automotive and other applicable regimes.

G. Food

Food sellers must have applicable FSSAI registration/licence; verify licence number, category, validity, seller identity, product declarations and food-specific marketplace requirements. Bazako.com's own e-commerce food-business licensing obligations should be assessed if Bazako.com itself falls within FSSAI's definition of an e-commerce FBO.
