Bazako.com is an online marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers, unless a product or order expressly states that Bazako or an identified group entity is the seller. For privacy purposes, Billion Peoples Technologies is the entity responsible for the platform services described in this Policy.

• Payment-related — payment method type, UPI/wallet identifiers as shown by payment partners, transaction status and reference IDs (we do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by authorised payment providers)
• Seller information — business/KYC details, bank details for settlements, GST/PAN where required, listing and fulfilment data
• Device & usage — IP address, browser/device type, app version, pages viewed, search queries, cookies and similar technologies
• Support & grievance — messages, tickets, call notes, evidence you upload (photos, videos) for disputes or claims
• Marketing preferences — opt-in/opt-out choices for offers and notifications, where applicable

• Directly from you when you register, shop, sell, write reviews or contact us
