1. Principle
Bazako.com respects intellectual property rights and prohibits listings that infringe copyright, trademark, patent, design, trade secret, publicity or other lawful rights.
2. Seller warranty
Seller warrants that it owns or has valid rights to sell and advertise listed products and use associated images, logos, text and marks.
3. Complaint notice
Rights holders should provide identity/contact details, the work/mark/right allegedly infringed, exact listing URLs/IDs, explanation of infringement, supporting evidence and a good-faith statement.
4. Action
Bazako.com may temporarily restrict a listing while investigating, seek seller documents, remove infringing content where appropriate, preserve records, suspend repeat offenders and cooperate with lawful authorities/court orders.
5. Counterfeit goods
Suspected counterfeit goods may be blocked immediately where risk is high. Seller may be required to provide purchase invoices, authorisation letters, serial/lot information and other authenticity evidence.
6. Repeat infringers
Bazako.com may maintain internal records of repeat IP violations and take enhanced enforcement action consistent with applicable law and its contractual framework.
7. No misuse
False or malicious IP complaints intended to harass sellers are prohibited and may result in appropriate action.

9. Compliance basis
